LATE APPOINTMENT POLICY: If you show late to an appointment you will still receive a massage if time permits, or at a reduced time at the full charge. More than 15 minutes late is considered a Broken Appointment. If you are running late a phone call is appreciated. If the therapist is late then you will receive a reduction in fee for the session.
BROKEN APPOINTMENT POLICY: At least 24 hour notice is required to change or cancel an appointment. If you fail to do this you are obligated to pay for the session in full.
