To meet others without judgment, one must be without self-judgment.
Judgment of others is self-judgment.
Judgment of others is actually cleverly disguised self-judgment. Self-judgment can easily be camouflaged through judgment of others, is used for humor, or even as a motivational tool. Often judgment of others is a mechanism to protect oneself from outside judgment and the feelings of rejection and failure. Simple awareness of your judgment is a gift you give yourself on the path to clarity. When you can separate your true-self from your judgmental-self, you gain the ability to use your judgments’ in a conscious way and then your judgments begin to disappear.
