Tui Na Massage has similar roots with Qi Gong and is also based on the Traditional Chinese Medical (TCM) theory of the flow of Qi through the body. The two words mean "push" and "grab to control". The practitioner may brush, knead, roll/press and rub the areas between each of the joints to get the energy moving in the meridians as well as the muscles and joints. The major focus of application is upon specific pain sites, blocked acupressure points or injured areas in the body.

Tui Na helps to treat both acute and chronic musculo-skeltal conditions. Sessions last from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours.
