What is Massage Therapy?


By definition, massage is the manipulation of the soft tissues of the body using manual techniques that include applying fixed or movable pressure for the purpose of normalizing those tissues.

Commonly known to be beneficial in relieving stress, improving circulation and increasing relaxation, massage therapy has been proven to be a valuable course of treatment for a wide range of conditions.
