When I was 37, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. The first advice everyone would offer was to “not stress out too much” so I could let my body heal while I was going through chemo.
But how could I not be stressed?! My whole life was just flipped upside down by this diagnosis… I never would have guessed that Min would be able to shift my treatments to continue keeping my migraines away, but also to help me manage the stress and anxiety that was racing through my mind post diagnosis.
